How do you feel about working at 7Springs as a GP?
I love working as a GP, being able to support people through important moments in their life, getting to know them and their families. As a GP I am able to see such a wide variety of the medical field, every day is a surprise!

• < 5 years – Bulk Billed
• 5 to 16 years – Private Fee
• 17 to 80 years – Private Fee
• > 80 – Doctor’s Discussion

Not all concession cards carry a discount; our discounted fees are for our patients in genuine need.

Hobbies:

• Reading
• Hiking
• Travelling home to the Netherlands
• Cooking
• Baking
• Spending time with my family

What do you see as the future for General Practice in Australia?
It would be great if patients would be able to have easy access to a GP day and night with a reliable and well funded after hours system. This might remove some of the difficulties that are being experienced in the hospital system at the moment.

What is your best medical tip for your patients?
Keep moving and eat healthy, enjoy life, have a bit of chocolate!
